The “Holistic Orphan Program Empowerment,” abbreviated as HOPE, is an ecosystem designed by T.CARE to provide opportunities and holistic support to Indonesian children, especially orphans. HOPE is a tangible example of efforts to improve the quality of life for the most vulnerable children in society.
Enrollment / On Boarding
The first step in HOPE is conducting thorough assessment. The assessment is used to design a more targeted follow-up action plan. By understanding the uniqueness and needs of each child, this program can provide more comprehensive support to achieve the ultimate goal of improving emotional health, academic performance, and social skills development.
Maintenance
The maintenance program is a follow-up action after the implementation of the assessment, where activities can be in the form of campaigns or specific movement activities needed by the child. The concept of this maintenance program consists of 3 stages (learning through data and observation, building solutions/programs & measuring through the follow-up assessment) which can be done adaptively and innovatively.
