About the Role

KompetensiIn is a professional competency development platform by PT Tunasmuda Care Indonesia, providing competency-based training, professional development, certification, and industry-relevant learning programs.

We are currently building an Expert Pool for Training of Trainer (TOT) to support upcoming training and competency development programs. We are looking for experienced professionals who can contribute as trainers, instructors, mentors, facilitators, or subject-matter experts based on their professional background and relevant certifications.

Selected professionals may be engaged on a project-based basis according to program needs, area of expertise, competency requirements, and availability.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare training materials based on the program theme, objectives, and participant needs.
  • Deliver training sessions and facilitate discussions, practical exercises, and Q&A sessions.
  • Provide technical guidance to participants according to the targeted competencies.
  • Support the evaluation of participants' understanding and competency development.
  • Guide participants in preparing for relevant competency certification.
  • Coordinate with the KompetensiIn team to support effective and professional program delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant BNSP competency certification in the selected area of expertise.
  • Experience as a trainer, facilitator, instructor, mentor, or resource person.
  • Experience preparing relevant training materials or learning modules.
  • Understanding of competency certification schemes and occupational competency standards.
  • Ability to guide participants in preparing for BNSP certification.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and professional presentation skills.
