About the Role
KompetensiIn is a professional competency development platform by PT Tunasmuda Care Indonesia, providing competency-based training, professional development, certification, and industry-relevant learning programs.
We are currently building an Expert Pool for Tourism & Guiding to support upcoming training and competency development programs. We are looking for experienced tourism and guiding professionals who can contribute as trainers, facilitators, practitioners, or subject-matter experts based on their professional background and relevant certifications.
Selected professionals may be engaged on a project-based basis according to program needs, area of expertise, competency requirements, and availability.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare tourism and guiding training materials based on program objectives and participant needs.
- Deliver training and facilitate discussions, simulations, practical activities, and Q&A sessions.
- Share relevant professional knowledge and field experience with participants.
- Provide technical guidance according to the targeted tourism and guiding competencies.
- Support participant competency development and certification preparation.
- Coordinate with the KompetensiIn team to support effective program delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant BNSP competency certification in tourism, guiding, or the selected area of expertise.
- Relevant professional experience in tourism, guiding, tour leadership, or outbound activities.
- Experience as a trainer, facilitator, practitioner, or resource person.
- Experience preparing relevant training materials or learning modules.
- Understanding of competency certification schemes and occupational competency standards.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
