About the Role
KompetensiIn is a professional competency development platform by PT Tunasmuda Care Indonesia, providing competency-based training, professional development, certification, and industry-relevant learning programs.
We are currently building an Expert Pool for Public Speaking to support upcoming communication training and competency development programs. We are looking for experienced speakers and communication professionals who can contribute as trainers, facilitators, coaches, practitioners, or subject-matter experts based on their professional background and relevant certifications.
Selected professionals may be engaged on a project-based basis according to program needs, area of expertise, competency requirements, and availability.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare public speaking and professional communication training materials.
- Deliver training and facilitate presentations, demonstrations, discussions, practical exercises, and Q&A sessions.
- Coach participants in presentation delivery, communication, and audience engagement.
- Provide constructive feedback to support participant competency development.
- Guide participants in preparing for relevant competency certification.
- Coordinate with the KompetensiIn team to support effective program delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant BNSP competency certification in Public Speaking or a related field.
- Professional experience as a speaker, trainer, facilitator, presenter, coach, or resource person.
- Experience preparing relevant training materials or learning modules.
- Understanding of competency certification schemes and occupational competency standards.
- Strong presentation, communication, audience engagement, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to guide participants in preparing for competency certification.
