About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Plan and coordinate community-based and sustainability programs, including HOPE, T.CARE’s orphan empowerment program.
• Coordinate activities with communities, beneficiaries, partners, and internal teams.
• Prepare activity plans, schedules, and logistical needs.
• Conduct field visits and support program implementation.
• Monitor progress, follow up on tasks, and help resolve issues during implementation.
• Collect field data, feedback, and activity documentation.
• Prepare meeting notes, progress updates, and program reports.
• Maintain organized program records and support the evaluation of activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in CSR, sustainability, philanthropy, or community programs is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work with communities, partners, and internal teams.
• Organized in managing timelines, documentation, and reports.
• Willing to conduct field visits and work full-time on-site in Cibubur, East Jakarta.
