About the Role
KompetensiIn is a professional competency development platform by PT Tunasmuda Care Indonesia, providing competency-based training, professional development, certification, and industry-relevant learning programs.
We are currently building an Expert Pool for Occupational Health & Safety (K3) to support upcoming technical training and competency development programs. We are looking for experienced K3 professionals who can contribute as trainers, instructors, practitioners, technical experts, facilitators, or subject-matter experts based on their professional background and relevant certifications.
Selected professionals may be engaged on a project-based basis according to program needs, area of expertise, competency requirements, and availability.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare technical training materials aligned with relevant Occupational Health & Safety competencies.
- Deliver theoretical and practical K3 training sessions.
- Facilitate technical discussions, demonstrations, simulations, practical exercises, and Q&A sessions.
- Provide professional and technical guidance according to the selected area of K3 expertise.
- Support participant learning evaluation, competency development, and certification preparation.
- Maintain professional standards throughout training and competency development activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant BNSP, K3, or professional competency certification according to the selected area of expertise.
- Relevant professional and technical experience in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Experience as a trainer, instructor, facilitator, practitioner, technical expert, or resource person.
- Experience preparing relevant technical training materials or learning modules.
- Understanding of competency certification schemes and relevant technical standards.
- Strong communication, facilitation, technical presentation, and professional skills.
