About the Role
KompetensiIn is a professional competency development platform by PT Tunasmuda Care Indonesia, providing competency-based training, professional development, certification, and industry-relevant learning programs.
We are currently building an Expert Pool for MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) & Entrepreneurship to support upcoming training, mentoring, and competency development programs. We are looking for experienced professionals who can contribute as trainers, business mentors, consultants, facilitators, practitioners, or subject-matter experts based on their professional background and relevant certifications.
Selected professionals may be engaged on a project-based basis according to program needs, area of expertise, competency requirements, and availability.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare training and mentoring materials based on program objectives and participant needs.
- Deliver training, mentoring sessions, workshops, discussions, and practical learning activities.
- Provide professional guidance related to MSME development, entrepreneurship, and marketing.
- Share relevant business practices and professional experience with participants.
- Support participant competency development and certification preparation.
- Coordinate with the KompetensiIn team to support effective program delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant BNSP competency certification in MSME development, entrepreneurship, marketing, or the selected area of expertise.
- Relevant professional experience in MSME development, entrepreneurship, business consulting, or marketing.
- Experience as a trainer, facilitator, mentor, consultant, practitioner, or resource person.
- Experience preparing relevant training materials or learning modules.
- Understanding of competency certification schemes and occupational competency standards.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
