About the Role
KompetensiIn is a professional competency development platform by PT Tunasmuda Care Indonesia, providing competency-based training, professional development, certification, and industry-relevant learning programs.
We are currently building an Expert Pool for Human Resources Management (MSDM) to support upcoming training and competency development programs. We are looking for experienced Human Resources professionals who can contribute as trainers, facilitators, practitioners, or subject-matter experts based on their professional background and relevant certifications.
Selected professionals may be engaged on a project-based basis according to program needs, area of expertise, competency requirements, and availability.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare competency-based Human Resources training materials according to program objectives and participant needs.
- Deliver training and facilitate discussions, exercises, case studies, and practical learning activities.
- Share relevant professional practices and experience in Human Resources Management.
- Provide professional guidance based on the targeted HR competencies.
- Support participant competency development and certification preparation.
- Coordinate with the KompetensiIn team to ensure effective program delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant BNSP competency certification in Human Resources or the selected area of expertise.
- Relevant professional experience in Human Resources Management.
- Experience as a trainer, facilitator, practitioner, or resource person.
- Experience preparing relevant training materials or learning modules.
- Understanding of competency certification schemes and occupational competency standards.
- Ability to guide participants in preparing for BNSP certification.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and professional presentation skills.
