About the Role
KompetensiIn is a professional competency development platform by PT Tunasmuda Care Indonesia, providing competency-based training, professional development, certification, and industry-relevant learning programs.
We are currently building an Expert Pool for Hospitality to support upcoming vocational training and competency development programs. We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals who can contribute as trainers, instructors, practitioners, facilitators, or subject-matter experts based on their professional background and relevant certifications.
Selected professionals may be engaged on a project-based basis according to program needs, area of expertise, competency requirements, and availability.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare vocational training materials based on program objectives and participant needs.
- Deliver theoretical and practical hospitality training sessions.
- Demonstrate relevant operational techniques, professional practices, and service standards.
- Provide technical guidance according to the targeted hospitality competencies.
- Support participant learning evaluation and competency development.
- Guide participants in preparing for relevant competency certification.
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant BNSP competency certification in hospitality or the selected area of expertise.
- Relevant professional experience in the selected hospitality role.
- Experience as a trainer, instructor, facilitator, practitioner, or resource person.
- Experience preparing relevant training materials or learning modules.
- Understanding of competency certification schemes and occupational competency standards.
- Strong communication, service orientation, and facilitation skills.
