About the Role
KompetensiIn is a professional competency development platform by PT Tunasmuda Care Indonesia, providing competency-based training, professional development, certification, and industry-relevant learning programs.
We are currently building an Expert Pool for Digital & Technology to support upcoming technical training and competency development programs. We are looking for experienced digital and technology professionals who can contribute as trainers, instructors, practitioners, mentors, facilitators, or subject-matter experts based on their professional background and relevant certifications.
Selected professionals may be engaged on a project-based basis according to program needs, area of expertise, competency requirements, and availability.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare technical or digital learning materials according to the selected area of expertise.
- Deliver training, workshops, demonstrations, practical exercises, and competency-based learning sessions.
- Guide participants through relevant technical exercises, case studies, and practical assignments.
- Share relevant professional practices, technical knowledge, and industry experience.
- Support participant competency development and certification preparation.
- Coordinate with the KompetensiIn team to support effective program delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant BNSP, technical, or professional competency certification according to the selected area of expertise.
- Professional experience in the selected digital or technology discipline.
- Experience as a trainer, instructor, facilitator, mentor, practitioner, or resource person.
- Ability to prepare structured technical learning materials or modules.
- Understanding of competency certification schemes and occupational competency standards.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, presentation, and facilitation skills.
