Corporate Partnership & Sustainability

About the Role

As a Corporate Partnership & Sustainability professional, you will play a key role in building and managing strategic partnerships that support impactful CSR, ESG, and sustainability initiatives. You will work closely with corporate partners, government institutions, donors, and other stakeholders to identify collaboration opportunities, develop partnership strategies, and support programs that create measurable social and environmental impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and develop partnership opportunities with corporations, government agencies, donors, NGOs, and other strategic stakeholders.
  • Develop partnership strategies and manage corporate relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, concept notes, and partnership documents.
  • Lead communication and negotiations while maintaining strong relationships with partners.
  • Achieve agreed partnership acquisition and business development targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement CSR & ESG programs.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with agreed KPIs.
  • Monitor partnership progress and prepare reports, impact documentation, and program updates.
  • Conduct research on ESG trends, sustainability issues, and funding opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, International Relations, Communication, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, Forestry, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in CSR, ESG, Sustainability, Business Development, Partnerships, or NGOs.
  • Strong understanding of ESG, CSR/TJSL, SDGs, ISO 26000, PROPER, and sustainability reporting is preferred.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to develop and convert partnership opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in proposal writing, concept notes, MoUs/Partnership Agreements, and program reporting.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
  • Valid Class A driver's license (SIM A) and ability to drive are a plus.
